- ⚠️ Regulatory Violations: The shipment or accompanying documentation violates 19 CFR, DEA regulations, or other applicable federal laws.
- 🧾 Fraudulent Documentation: The customs declarations, commercial invoices, or supporting documents are falsified, misrepresented, or incomplete.
- 🔍 Suspicious Activity: We have reasonable grounds to believe the shipment poses a risk to public safety, national security, or customs revenue.
In such cases, we will fully cooperate with federal investigations and may disclose all relevant information—including shipment details, sender/receiver information, tracking data, and supporting documentation—to the appropriate authorities. This cooperation is mandatory under our surety bond obligations and federal law.
