  • 🚫 Illegal or Prohibited Contents: The shipment contains illegal substances, contraband, firearms, or any other item prohibited by federal law.
  • 📜 Missing or Invalid Licenses: The shipment requires specific permits, licenses, or coverage (e.g., DEA registration, export/import licenses) that are absent, expired, or fraudulent.
  • ⚠️ Regulatory Violations: The shipment or accompanying documentation violates 19 CFR, DEA regulations, or other applicable federal laws.
  • 🧾 Fraudulent Documentation: The customs declarations, commercial invoices, or supporting documents are falsified, misrepresented, or incomplete.
  • 🔍 Suspicious Activity: We have reasonable grounds to believe the shipment poses a risk to public safety, national security, or customs revenue.

In such cases, we will fully cooperate with federal investigations and may disclose all relevant information—including shipment details, sender/receiver information, tracking data, and supporting documentation—to the appropriate authorities. This cooperation is mandatory under our surety bond obligations and federal law.
